Driven by a dream to create a sanctuary for reconnection, Nadim is the heart behind Hearth Ranch. From strategy to donkey walks, he’s everywhere — usually with a big smile and a bigger vision.
Brother (Nael) - Operations Manager
Nael ensures everything on the ranch runs smoothly — from managing schedules to coordinating staff, supplies, and guest logistics. He’s the calm center of every successful day here.
"Jessie" – Ranch Hand
Jessie is the backbone of daily ranch life, handling everything from feeding the animals to maintaining trails and activity zones. You'll find them in boots, gloves, and always in motion.
"Lila" – Cleaner & Comfort Specialist
Lila makes sure every glamping unit, bathhouse, and shared space sparkles. Her magic touch turns the wilderness into a five-star stay.
"Tina" – Social Media Support
